Asian Brown Flycatcher: A small flycatcher with gray brown upperparts and white underparts with gray brown wash on sides and breast. Long gray brown wings have an indistinct pale wing bar. It has a black bill with creamy pink base to lower mandible. Gray face has a whitish buff eye ring and whitish buff lores. Tail is dark gray, undertail coverts are white. Some adults show diffuse streaking on the chest and sides. Juveniles have pale underparts spotted with brown and pale wing bars. Sexes are similar in appearance.
